RAS AL KHAIMAH FREE TRADE ZONE AUTHORITY Position title: Client Communications Officer Type of employment: Permanent, full time Job category: Communications, client relations, public relations, retention programs, event management Location: UAE, Ras Al Khaimah JOB PROFILE Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority (RAK FTZA, www.rakftz.com), one of the fastest-growing free trade zones in the UAE and home to 4, 000+ active companies, is currently offering a great opportunity to a professional who has experience in communications, organizing events, retention programs. The person holding this position will be developing/implementing strategies to enhance communications with RAK FTZA licensed clients. He/she will be in charge of updating clients with important details and information so he/she should have excellent English writing and editing capabilities. He/she will be responsible for organize functions and events for clients so he/she must be able to prepare an annual calendar of events and the related plans with the required budgets. He/she should be able to manage an event. He/she will handle a number of activities related to retention and client satisfaction so he/she should have previous experience in a customer oriented organization. REQUIREMENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO ? is confident, tactful and pleasant ? is energetic and dedicated ? is capable of multi-tasking and has excellent organizational and analytical skills ? has a great sense for business as well as people ? has very strong verbal and written communication skills ? has strong presentation skills ? has an eye for details ? is able to supervise staff, work under pressure and with minimum supervision THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD ? have at least 3 years experience ? have experience in managing a small team of people ? hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication or any relevant subject ? be a native English speaker or has Excellent English language capabilities
